2009 marks a milestone in my career. With 2+ decades of sales experience behind me and over 165+ million dollars worth of real estate sold in the last four years alone I can still say: I love selling real estate! In fact you could say I’m obsessed. Entrusted with helping people negotiate their largest asset; their personal home the very core of every day existence is a job I take very seriously!
The cornerstone of my business relies on the values I was raised on: honesty, integrity, dedication, and follow through. Years of success are examples of my commitment to knowing the territory doing my homework and paying attention to details. I truly believe in creating circumstances. Now that’s just plain fun!
What energizes me most are all the wonderful people I meet through my work. Helping in the quest for the perfect home or perfect buyer for a home takes insight. I’m not afraid to keep adjusting the dial as we fine-tune the search. I really will do whatever it takes. Sometimes that’s negotiating at 12 am, quickly weeding the garden before the open house, or double checking the comps before I meet the appraiser.
My inner strength comes from my beliefs and the incredible support system I have with my family friends and my dedicated team members. I love working with a thriving business.
